Fees My fee comes out of the transaction, so until you have acquired the property you are looking for, my services are expense based - that is, if I advertise for you or generate other hard expenses based on your instructions, those expenses would be billed on an actual cost basis. No such costs would ever be incurred without your specific, written instruction. As your agent I am prepared to accept many of the day to day office operation and travel expenses experienced in the normal course of doing business.
